[Open] Got milk?

I was on here earlier and happened to notice my shirt was wet. I looked and there were three wet spots where my areola is and I realized it's colostrum! I'm only like one or two days into my seventh month, but I've already got milk coming in! Is that normal? I know it's not a bad thing, but it just seems early to me.

Alot of my girlfriends said the same thing happened to them i had one friend who had milk come in at 16 weeks!

Because it hadn't happened to me i asked my doctor about it. She said that everyone is different and some people will get there milk come in early and others won't till the baby is actually born. She said either way it's nothing to worry about.

Yup, it's normal. I had a bit of leakage in months six and then again in month seven. Just a tiny bit, though. Hopefully, I won't see the "oh my word, time to change my shirt" leakage until I'm nursing!

Yah its normal. I actually have had my pre milk in for about a month(I am 8 months),it just doesn't leak until my boobs get kinda squashed.lol

Huh, maybe that's why. I was in my PJs when it happened cause I was hoping to go to bed early.

I leak all the time, but not really to bad, though for me it will get worse before baby comes, at least it did with my first. No matter what I wore.

I do tend to wear a bra at all times though, unless i'm in the bath, to make sure i am supported at all times - less chance of getting stretch marks i always wear a sleep-bra at night

Is it true that if you want to breast feed you should not restrict your breasts in a bra all the time, because it will not let them develop enough milk?

To think, before I got pregnant I had about $600.00 worth of nice victoria secret bras that fit me just fine, all with matching underwear.

But now I have two unfashionable frumpy bras that fit me, one black, one white. And not I need some with out underwire! GREAT!

Hubby is really going to love that!

That's really funny, both of my nursing bras have underwire. I can't find any without it.

I used Platex nursing bras. I had 2 that were not underwire and 1 that was. I hated the underwire one. It pinched and rubbed. I got mine at Wal-Mart.

Yeah, mine rubs a little bit. I think it's Playtex. It's also getting to be too small. Not good, I've already gone up two cup sizes, I don't want 'em any bigger!! lol

I hate underwire. All my maternity bras don't have any...I just think my boobs are to big for underwire they just seem to cut right into me.
