Make sure you set up a bio for your character and all the general rules apply. This game is set in such a way that Mary Sues could easily develop, if this happens I will warn the offending player and then ask them to leave if it continues to happen. Yes, everyone has powers but they will be weak for a long time. Develop them slowly and have fun with it! Let's be as realistic as we can in this completely fictional world ;) so here's the storyline ...

Several generations ago a war broke out that encompassed the entire earth. Various sorts of radiation were released into the atmosphere. As a result, babies were being born with certain mutations. These individuals had certain abilities unlike that of anyone unexposed to the radiation. However, these abilities were weak in all those affected unless the person used them and strengthened them. It was ordered that mutants not develop their abilities as it was labeled as a form of discrimination and was considered a hate crime to use their abilities in any manner whatsoever.

This was the biggest mistake the government could have made. As a result, mutants with criminal intents developed their powers while those who may have used their abilities for good respected the law and didn’t develop their gifts. Police forces had their hands full trying to contain solitary mutants that pulled off small time crimes, but most of those criminals didn’t know how to develop their abilities enough to do much more harm than a non-mutated person.

But now large networks of mutant gangs have started to develop. They teach each other how to develop their gifts to the maximum ability and work together to pull off major crimes with no fear of being captured by police. The government realized they had to do something and so they have implemented a special task unit, the mutant FBI. This unit is comprised of mutants hand selected by the FBI to be trained to increase their ability for the purpose of capturing mutant criminals. But before any mutant can be in this FBI unit, they first must go to school. They must attend Zaldet mFBI academy. Here they will go through training just like any other FBI agent as well as training to develop their powers. They come in hardly knowing how to turn on their power; they leave as a master of their gift.

-- You, as a player, are a new recruit to this academy. (I may ask for people to join as bad guys, but not right now.) You have a special gift or power, but have not developed it and have spent years trying to repress the power. All recruits the FBI has chosen are citizens that are reported to have extraordinary gifts but have chosen to keep them undeveloped. Now the FBI has come to you and said they want you to develop your powers but only to work for them. You are expected to leave whatever life you have and move into the academy. Here you will receive intense training and will likely accompany full FBI agents as they investigate crimes that may require the assistance of mutant agents. Powers take time to develop; you will not suddenly have great control over your powers in the first few weeks of being at the school.

This game will develop into a multi thread game if enough people join. As students develop their powers, they will be teamed up and sent on missions. These missions will be played out in separate threads. This thread will just be for action in the school or activity that is not related to a mission.

They are sent an invitation to join but are not forced to join. There are really nice incentives (great pay, nice housing, health benefits, etc) and it's the only way to legally develop ones powers. So the FBI is happy to take just people who want to join.

However, if there's something specific you thinkin of that would be different, let me know and we can see what we can do with it. For example, if someone had a really unique and useful power, some extra pressure might be added to make sure they join. ;)

Cool character DonkeyKong

I didnh't have anythings else inmind, i just wanted to know, for my character's attitude.

I also wanted to make another character, who is a little different. Let me know if its ok.

Name:Jason Kent
Age: 19
height:5'7
weight:121
Mutation: contol over and ability to produce fire
appearance: brown eyes, black hair with the tips dyed red, tatoos of flames all down his arms, several percings, tan skin. has his gangs signature, a circle with an x through it, tatooed by the corner of his left eye.
Bio:his parents were sent to life sentance in prison, when he was just a kid. He was passed around foster homes until he ran away at age 12. HE lived on the streets and joined a gang. He became a member of one of the gangs that illegally developed their powers and used them for extreme crimes. One day when his gang was robbing a money truck, the FBI ambused them. Jason was caught but everyone else bailed. He was given two options. A life of prison or joining the FBI's academy to learn how to develope his powers correctly, then serving in the FBI for the rest of his life. Jason didn't want to end up like his criminal parents, so he decided to go with option 2.
personality: violent, prideful, doesn't really want to be there and is bitter about it, easy to get in a fight and slow to talk it over.
