  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm not yet and I will not ever be in the Devil's trap, but I'm curious.
Once you sign the deal, literally sign the deal, how can you get out?
Is there a way that you can use to get out, without you being harmed mentally and physically?
The last concert of Kanye West didn't ended up so well for him. He went to spoke about Satan, etc. Then they admitted him into a mental hospital hours later. That's what I'm talking about.

We are all great people. We are all equal.
But sometimes, we be playing the politics too much and forget who we are just to win. F*** winning. F*** looking cool. F*** looking cool. F*** being cool. F*** all that, bruh! I’ve been sitting here to give y’all my truth even at the risk of my own life.

Michael Jackson, Paul Walker, Heath Ledger. They all went down, just like that.

So, how can you get out, once in?
Will God have mercy on your traitor behavior?

I know how not to sign the deal. Just do not agree. I heard from a few places that if you don't submit to temptations, and if you don't allow evil Demons and Spirits to enter your home, work place, etc, they can't really do anything to you.

That's why they want you to go to vote, sign, they need a signature. Nobody fakes one's signature. My signature could be easily faked, because it's only one letter!

So. Yeah... Danke.

The devil has many ways in which to 'trap' souls. He's as clever as he needs to be - so that no flesh can save itself...this reality gives us cause to seek our Salvation from He Who Is Greater than Satan. And only by Christ's blood, spirit, wisdom, grace, and strength can we endure and overcome.

Just how far one can fall, and yet still be saved ?

There is undoubtably a 'point of no return', but because The Lord is exceedingly merciful and longsuffering that point is not easy to reach. It likely takes about as much effort to be eternally lost as it does to find eternal salvation...so none can rightly whine - it was too hard.

Very informative.

I lost a great friend who went to the other side.
He became everything that he hated.

I tried to pull him out.
He met this woman. This girl.
She did something to him.
And his mother is a sorcerer of some kind.
They burn clothes, make rituals, the usual dark stuff.

I hope he gets out one day, but I won't be there to find out.

Those things are way too strong.
This is not some sort of a joke or troll comment.
It really is hard to get out, obviously, because he lost his mind.

I will never know what he really did. He actually wanted me to go join him in his cause. That was the only left person around me, only last friend. So I prefer to be alone, but not to go destroy random people's lives and spread hate.

Good question, and when I think about it, I'd say we can't really sign our soul to the Devil. IOW, forgiveness is always available, and since that is not the unforgivable sin, getting out shouldn't be a problem.

I believe in law there is such a thing as a contract that us so ridiculous or unlawful, not sure what the criteria is, that it isn't binding. Not sure what the term is for it, but I'd dare say this falls in that category as far as God is concerned.

I suppose the problem could come, when once we've tasted what the devil had to offer, would we ever want to breech? But I'm sure some see the light and do get out..

From what I've heard, it's not necessarily to be signed by hand.
If you watched old vampire movies, or horror movies (lots of stories about dark spirits), in almost every one of them, they want your permission.

You open a book or whatever. In the Babadook movie, you open a book. You LET him in, in conscious.

From this facts, I should consider that there's an universal law, law different for what's for us. Law that they could not cross even if they wanted to. A law not breachable. So they want your permission.

Could I enter?
Could you let me in?

Let's say a small boy is in front of your door and rings the bell.
You open. He asks. Could you let me in mister, I don't know where my mom is.

Lots of disappearances of people and witnesses say the same thing.

Boy or girl asking for permission. Why in the first place ask for permission? Why fictional vampires ask for permission in the first place? Where does that legend comes from? Legends are based on true events, right? Most of them?

I also heard that you could wander off Demons which can get you outside of your house for example. Just tell them that you don't allow them in the name of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Never saw a demon. Will report if I ever see one and chase him off.

I doubt it has to be signed either, a gentleman's agreement, so to speak, would be sufficient.

Yes, I seem to recall the Vampire has to be invited in, at least that's what I learned from Fright Night. :)

But I don't take that stuff as seriously as you seem to. I've never really seen the devil do anything physical to people, just tempt them...nothing on tape/recorded or anything at all. But, that's just me, some claim he is free to have actual powers, but again, I'd think it would have been recorded at least if that was a fact, yet nothing, not that I've seen anyway.

I thought Demons can get into human form.

If that's true, it could be anyone. Anyone at all.

Nowhere in the Bible I could see that Lucifer looks like a goat with horns. It's said that he was the most beautiful Angel, I reckon.

I know it sounds crazy, telling to the air that you don't allow him to, or telling to other people "I don't allow you", but if that could save my life, or some other folks lives, why not try it, you know.

Everyone has its own opinion, Herr Tagliatelli.
You have freedom of choice, just like we do.
You can choose not to read. Correct?

Grüße,
Vinzent

Sure. I can also choose to read anyway and subsequently post my thoughts.

Of course. But do not forget that...

Ephesians 4:31 :crossrc:
Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.

Ephesians 5:4 :crossrc:
Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving.

I don't see what that has to do with my observation that this thread is out-of-this-world.
