  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

a buddy of mine found this vid, its fairly popular and seems to have a lot of support. i watched it with him and it casted some doubts in his mind and i kind of made fun of him. i think the originator of this video is wacky, and his arguments fallacious. does it seem that way to anyone else? aren't there better ways to go about ID?

I watched the whole video.
Just seeing that God has preserved a remnant unto Himself
has given me hope this morning.
I'm sure we will see this man in a pulpit someday.

I wouldn't mind having him for a son-in-law.

I thought his argument about being able to know truth and trust your thoughts was very compelling!

I just watched the whole video, and have the following comments:

1. Overall I find his topic, arguments and presentation a little "Kent Hovind"ish, and not very original. Maybe that's why there's a reference to Hovind's material at the end. I don't disagree with anything he said except the White house and pentagram comments.

2. I've looked for giant skeletons before without much luck. I'll have to check out his resources. If those giants were part of the pre-flood world, they wouldn't be deposited as they are in the top layers of sediment. They would be oil at this point along with other pre-flood animals.

3. He tries to cover too much material in one short video. I admire his effort though. He would benefit from someone else holding the camera, and some software for video editing. It may inspire others to do similar things.

4. If I was a non-believer when viewing it, I would probably think he was a goofy brainwashed kid; and I don't think I would be convinced by anything he said. But having gone thru this material in great detail, I endorse a good part of what he is saying. This is from a person who was a skeptic and non-believer for over four decades.
