Ok...I don't watch much television at all anymore except for Lost, so this might have been something else altogether.

And nobody else here seems to have brought it up.

...but partway through the season finalle last night there was a commercial for the 'Octagon Project' (???), seeking highly skilled scientific types willing to take on unpaid jobs for cutting edge science. I didn't pay a great deal of attention to it at the time, but I did start wondering about it later on.

'Octagon Project' = 'New and improved Dharma Initiative'???

Oh wow. I fast forward through commercials but I still have the episode on my TiVo so I'm going to look for that. I hope it's a new summer Lost thingie to keep us occupied until the show returns!

Yeah we fastforwarded right through the commercials so we missed it. But Fatburger is all signed up and I am assuming he'll follow it this summer like he has all the past seasons. ARGS- The alternate reality games. Not my thing, but he keeps me in the loop
