OCD vs God's leading

OCD is a huge issue when it comes to questioning things...sometimes I feel like maybe I'm getting leading from God, but have anxiety about it. I know that fear and anxiety don't come from God, but could it be that the leading is really from Him, but my anxiety response to it is from me?

What God wants from us is laid out in the ten commandments and in Jesus's command, ' If you Love me, you will obey my commands.'

We are to live for Jesus as best we can in what ever situation we find ourselves in.

Does God lead people? Yes he does, but he also prepares people for what ever service he calls them to. Look at the disciples, they spent three years learning from Jesus.
If you think you are being called to serve, get stuck into service in your local church.
The Christians there will confirm any calling and help you.

I have similar issues but you know it when God wants to lead you.

27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

The best thing to do if you're unsure is pray and ask him to give you clear direction.

I think that could be. Could it also be that your anxiety is telling you that you're not yet fully prepared to do what God is asking of you? I wonder... I deal with the same issue. It's hard to not have the exact answer when you have OCD, but I think that's where faith comes in. The thing with OCD is that it doesn't like uncertainty or allow for the possibility of a mistake, but I think in that case we need to trust that God will be there to catch us if we fall.
