I have spent many, many hours searching for a music video I saw sometime between 2000 and 2004 on PraiseTV. It was a woman singing I believe. She had blue hair and she was driving a go kart and singing at the same time. If I remember correctly she was one of several driving go karts around a track. I know nothing about the song I just remember liking it.. any help would be greatly appreciated!
