In the, "Has anyone heard from geocajun?" Ann M had the great idea of making something like an "Absentee Roll Call List."

Maybe we could have a sticky called absentee roll call, where, if we know beforehand, we can leave a message saying that we shall be off-line or laying low. That way we'd have a ready made list of those who aren't in contact and/or may be in need of 'Thinking of you' prayers.

So here it is!

I won't "sticky" this thread, just because all of our stickies are starting to get out of hand but I will place this link in our OBOB Table of Contents in the CF Member Threads section. So when you are taking some time off let us know by posting a message here and telling us why you'll be gone (if you care too), and when you'll be back.

Just a note... CF now has an "Away" feature you can set in your UserCP... It puts a note in every post of yours that you're away, and the reason, if you put one in...
