Okay... evidently this is a fairly popular idea among the far fringe fundementalist groups. Good Lord, where do they come up with this stuff?

The world of Benny Hinn is a strange, confusing world. He fits perfectly into the category of a Charismatic Catholic priest, dispensing theological bondage along with mystical theology. The ministry of "Personal Freedom Outreach" describes a recent Benny Hinn three (3) hour video which presented him "as a 'twentieth century' 'Holy of Holies', a'point of contact' for the power and anointing of God, much as Roman Catholic priests were presented during medieval times" ... They also suggested that he is becoming a kind of "Charismatic Pope."

In Part 1, we described how Benny Hinn was working the part of a powerful Black Magick Shaman and as such, was a "receptacle" of a great many demonic spirits. This disclosure that Hinn was a "point of contact" between this realm and the paranormal in the same way that Catholic priests are "points of contact" to the demonic realm.

As former Black Magick Illuminist, Cisco Wheeler, warns, the Mass also opens up a literal spiritual channel between this dimension and the paranormal. Demons flow through this channel into the priest and then be "blessed" into the people in much the same manner in which Benny Hinn "blesses" people through pointing his finger at them and shouting "Fire" or some other such word. Rock stars swing their hands toward the audience and literally fling demons into the audience where they can possess the people who voluntarily decided to attend the event. The Roman Catholic Church gains immense power over her adherence through the daily Mass, as the people are constantly demonized.

A lot of dubious characters out there. I would rather read www.letusreason.org than that site...even though the site manager (who I have spoken to before) is by no means Pro-Catholic.

Hank Hanegraaff, while he isn't Pro-Catholic, has his head on straight and his ministry is very, very reputable.

Type in "Word of Faith movement" in the search bar. This movement pretty much covers Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Oral Roberts, and a couple others.

A friend of mine related this story to me:

Benny Hinn tells this story: When he went there for a massive service in Manila [Philippines], he asked the local ministers what courtesy calls he sould make. They told him that the single most influential person in the nation was the Cardinal and that he should ask for an appointment. So he goes to see the Cardinal and, -"knowing the proper thing to do" as he put it- he went down on one knee and kissed his ring. They spoke for a while and as he was preparing to leave, he went down on one knee again and asked for the Card's blessing., which he received. Cardinal Sin then went down on both knees and asked Hinn's blessing. Hinn left the room speechless, with tears in his eyes. He had tears in his eyes again, by the time he finished telling this story on TBN. He called Cardinal Sin a "great man of God". Hinn is vehemently anti-anti-Catholic.
