Isn't "Judge not, lest you be judged" still in the bible. and didnt Jesus say "He who is without sin cast the first stone."

Hating and discriminating against a group of people is very wrong and is even worst when you do it in Jesus's name. Just because someone is a homosexual doesnt mean that God doesn't love them, or that he has abandoned them. They arent condemned to hell like some of you think. We are all sinners, every one of us. Ive read someone on hear saying that its the homosexual's fault that they are being discriminated against. Is that really why people are excommunicated from a church for even associating with homosexuals? What about when so called Christians go to a funeral and tell the grievers that their relative or friend is in hell. thats REAL Christian. I am not homosexual but i do have homosexual friends. The church has turned Christians against homosexuals because they need an enemy and a scapegoat. Hey that sounds familiar. The same thing was done in the early 1900s to around 1945 to the Jews. Germany wasnt the only country that hated Jews and blamed them for the depression.

What makes them so evil anyway. Ok you guys are against gay marriage, why? Technically shouldnt you be against jewish marriages? What about athiest marriages? I dont see you protesting them. Is a man and a man getting married to each other really worst than two people getting married to each other for money. For creating a loveless marriage? For ditching your old wife so that you can get married to someone who you were banging on the side.

The whole Sodam and Gamorah thing is much more than just guys having sex with each other. There was far worst stuff. The sex stuff mainly talks about giant orgies, not homosexuality. There is no love in an orgy. If two people truely love each other they should be allowed to get married. Especially if people who obviously dont love each other or are drunk are allowed to marry no problem.

If you are a homosexual, dont fret, you dont have to fake anything for the sake of mortals. God still loves you.

Also remember something about the Bible. It is NOT truely God's word. It is God's word interpreted by man, and translated by man. Thus it was unfourtunatly corrupted by man. The Catholic church actually did not allow any Bible to be in any other language than Latin for decades because they were adding and removing passages and its hard for someone to notice this if they dont speak the language. Charlemane himself was supposed to have added things. The dead sea scrolls are pieced of the Bible removed by the Church and (thankfully) saved by monks. They were removed because they didnt jive with the Church's agendas.

Im now getting off of my soap box. good night.

Judging others is a very tricky subject, because the same Bible that says not to judge also gives instructions on how to kick someone out of the church. From all that I have read, it is telling us (Christians) not to hold non-Christians by our standards, or judge them by our standards, if you prefer that wording. On the other hand, when someone claims to be a Christian, they have opened themselves up to God's standard, and thus it calls others to match them to it, but to do so in private and in brotherly love. So if some is falling short, you go talk to them, not about them. If that doesn't work, you get another, probably a trusted 'elder' (meaning wise, not old, even if they do have some correlation). If they still don't listen, then you tell everyone, but even then, you don't do it behind their back and you do it because you are concerned for the person in question.

Finally, there is a last part, which is your own personal standard. Some Christians may not have a problem with saying crap, others may. But if you have a problem with others saying it, but say it yourself, then one day God is going to be like "You complained to all others who said this word but you yourself said it all the time. Did you not fail your own standard?" or some such thing. So it is more so an extension of the spec in your brothers eye and a plank in your own issue. You need to hold yourself to a standard before you hold others to it.

Now, as to when the standard doesn't apply (such as saying all people who drive red cars should do X but only driving a white car yourself) I don't know... I guess if you follow those rules when ever they do apply all is fine.
