The discovery of a fourth set of classified documents, at the Biden residence in Delaware, has further undermined the White House’s virtual mantra that the president “takes classified documents very seriously.”​

Putting aside the repeated movement of highly classified documents over six years, one curious element has emerged in this scandal: the use of private counsel.​

But why was a legal team sent in six years after Biden took the documents on leaving as vice president? Were the lawyers specifically selected because they had clearances, an acknowledgment there might be classified material unlawfully housed in the office?​

After the fourth batch of documents was discovered this week (the third found in Delaware), Richard Sauber, referred to as the “special counsel to the president,” stressed that he has a clearance. Sauber admits the lawyers who found the first batch at the residence didn’t have clearances but says he found the later documents.​

Still, the revelations about improperly stored documents and the appointment of a special counsel are an "embarrassment" to the Biden administration, said Leon Panetta, who served as White House chief of staff during the Clinton administration and as secretary of defense under President Obama.


"It's both an embarrassment and damaging to the credibility of the White House, because obviously the president has criticized former president Trump and the way he handled classified documents at Mar-a-Lago," Panetta said in an interview with NPR.

Promanated Democrats are criticizing Biden, Panetta is far from the only one. Matt Gaetz has suggested that Democrats are sabotaging Biden so he can't run again. He doesn't realize that just maybe Dems. don't justify everything another Dem. does just because they are in the same tribe.

HAHA....so sorry I am really laughing. I read what happen to President Trump who was President did declassify vs Biden who at the time was vice President. One gets raided vs the other those two same groups told the lawyers to go in. Then you start to remember and laugh that.. they FBI DOJ knew about this before the Nov elections and waited months to tell us. Your still laughing because you remember they still never told you all they found. Your laughing to hard hearing what President Trump did was worse.....haha oh then you have to what 6 years he had this stuff and? Duh there is no there there and Biden has no regrets.

So if a bank robber or a IRS cheat admits what the did and works with the officials then all is well? Try that with the IRS.

uhhh yeah, actually. If you discover errors in your tax filing before the IRS does and submit an amended return, you’ll have to pay the taxes and maybe some penalties but you probably won’t get prosecuted. But if you try to hide income and they catch you, then all bets are off.

In this case, Bidens' grace period is long overdue. If your taxes are 6 years overdue... you are in trouble.
