Essentially I just had a lewd dream where I'm not entirely sure if I had any input on how the dream. I'm not real sure if I just willingly sinned in my dream. Also not sure if it's a reflection on how much the flesh wants to go back into that habit.

We don't have much control over our dreams with the possible exception of forcing ourselves to wake up from a bad one. I frequently have dreams where I get into arguments and fights with people, even loved ones, and hate them but I know it's just my brain rehashing minor incidents and it's beyond my conscious control.

Not sure what's going on deep in your psyche my friend. But you can retrain your mind to dwell (consciously and subconsciously) on godly things because we do have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16, Philippians 4:8). Pastors and Christian counselors are trained in this area. Many years ago when I was trying to quit drinking a Christian and family counselor helped me out with that. Along with modern psychology these specialists also deploy scripture, and use meditation, prayer, hypnosis etc. They can ferret out stuff within you that you're probably not aware off. You may want to try that option. I shall pray for you. You may also want a group of prayer warriors fighting Satan on your behalf. God bless .

That's the thing though I haven't watched anything lewd in quite a while.
