Perfect is in harmony with God's call... it is like a conductor of an orchestra.. at the right moment of the baton, .. it the moment for that note to be sounded.. any sooner and it is out of sequence even if it is in tune and the note is a perfect pitch.. You have to hear His voice to know..Visionary,
After reading your definitions in this thread, I was looking at your blogs. I wonder, what is your definition for “perfect” in Hebrew? Is it relative, as in English? How does it compare to Greek? I'm not looking for an argument, or even a discussion... but your blog makes me curious how you see it.

Looking at a site from Google just now, the author noted there is no Hebrew or Greek equivalent for the English "perfect." I have never done an in depth study on the word, just quick ones. I have too many studies going on, but if I get around to this one soon, I'll make another post.
When you are convicted.. and do not follow through.. did you miss God's timing? Is it the same if you do it later?Interesting response. Then, if someone brought a sacrifice to the temple for his sin at the right time, he was being perfect. Hmm... it really is a relative term.
A while back I was reading an advanced English grammar, and it noted "perfect" is relative. Hmm... I see from the news headlines that there was recently a USA beauty pageant. Those women who were contestants were perfectly pretty. The finalists were more perfect. And the winner was the most perfect.

Let's say you are convicted to speak to someone about something.. but you say nothing.. and the moment is gone.. Days later you run into this person and tell them... Are you obedient to God's Will?
How many definitions of "convicted" is there?Does the answer depend on the definition of "convicted?"
I'm not sure where you are going with this, but I think we have covered it well enough... at least for now.
