Not Saved By Works, Saved FOR Works

Ephesians Two:
10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works,
which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

For five years now I have come on two different online forums with words of exhortation to the Saints to stir up the Spirit, to get out and do the Work of the Lord. For all of those who continue to walk in the darkness of their own ignorance, who defame my posts, proclaiming to the world that I am instructing you to attempt to earn Salvation by Works. You have two choices, stand corrected, or continue to live the lie and walk in disobedience.

First Thessalonians One:
2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers,
3 remembering without ceasing your work of faith, labor of love, and patience of hope
in our Lord Jesus Christ in the sight of our God and Father,
4 knowing, beloved brethren, your election by God.

Second Peter One:
10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure,
for if you do these things you will never stumble;
11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting
kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Colossians One:
28 Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom,
that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.
29 To this end I also labor,
striving according to His working
which works in me mightily.
