  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

“You can’t unsay a cruel remark.”

When he had called the multitude to Himself, He said to them, “Hear and understand: Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.”………………………Then Peter answers and said to Him, “Explain this parable to us.” So Jesus said, “Are you also still without understanding? Do you not yet understand that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and is eliminated? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man.”
MATTHEW 15:10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18 NKJV

Have you ever clicked on send when sending an email, and then realized that maybe you shouldn’t have sent that one? I have, there have been times when I have written something and though of it as being okay, and then as soon as I hit send, a small little voice in my heart says, “maybe you shouldn’t have done that.” The words that we speak are the same way, once we’ve released them there’s no bringing them back. If I could go back and truly fix my life in the areas where I messed up, almost all the work would be done in repairing words that I spoke foolishly. Words that I spoke in anger, or words that I spoke while feeling superior to someone else. “Things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart.” This is so true, when my heart is full of myself and thinking only of myself, what others hear could be damaging to their hearts. For me, choosing the proper words and knowing when to speak them is one of the most difficult aspects of living a life that is pleasing to God. It is so hard to undo a life spent running on self-will, but with each little knot I untie, I grow evermore in the Love of the Father. He loves us all, and wishes us to love each other. May I learn to watch over each word before it leaves my tongue headed for eternity. God is doing for me what I could not do for myself……………….JRE

“The answers will come, if your own house is in order…See to it that your relationship with Him is right, and great events will come to pass for you and countless others. This is the Great Fact for us….May God bless you and keep you…until then.”
