As selfish as we "are", IF we are to truly consider this, we have NO choice but to strip ourselves of SELF and consider the bigger picture...

We ARE ONE...... like it or not....

The bum on the coner and the prostitute ARE part of OUR family....

And ONE of us MUST tell them they are FREE to come back home.....

Making ass-umptions that the slave loves being a slave is NOT part of the reality spoken of in this prayer......
