I'm pretty sure coffin is correct. The man who needs it would be the person buying it, therefore they would not use it.

It's a Grave or a Coffin or a Tombstone.... The one who uses it is a funeral director... The One who Digs it, usually isn't the one who uses or needs it.... and whoever buys it doesn't need it for themselves but for a loved one.....
