Subject: Overview Title Bars
Me, doing a younger member’s wish here to express first of all my congratulations for your introducing the world to this exciting forum, thank you.
The philosophical undertaking of everything, being supplanted by the word of God is undoubtedly known to only a few, the work and toil involved. But a portion of that philosophy I would like to make mention to; the Forum overview.
In my 51yrs of visual arts involvement, I learned basically one thing, you accumulate much to move up the chain of competence. Always up. By the graciousness of others, I was able to evolve from,
Marketed visuals, to full-time profession (15yrs), to intrinsic expertize of color accuracy (9yrs). While much of that deals per customer request (and in my line of work, not able to utilized computerized models), your always taking in floor response upon completion. Couple this with my own academic and work history in visual arts, and things just begin to rub off.
This brings me to the “feel” one is impacted with upon loading your forum pages. Now I suppose for consideration of the want to stay on course, and by that remaining painfully universal, I can understand keeping the Title bars black keeps this in place.
This brings me to my one question; If you could keep that universal invitation intact, yet increase the welcoming ‘feel’ too, would that be something you could entertain? Now if you are wondering if this is to be performed without change, No, but hardly noticeable. In fact, the percentage of change would be dwarfed by the percentage of appeal. For lest we forget, it too remains a consideration,
The change gentlemen I am suggesting is simple and relatively un-noticeable with the highest possible appeal in the black hue range, change the blazoned black field to black-cherry. But the right cherry has to undergo scrutiny of itself as well till the right one is achieved. You may just be pleasantly surprised – IMO.
Thank you!
