Thank God that through our Savior and Lord, His Son, Jesus Christ, that the veil has been lifted! May we boldly declare His Word and His love by refusing to walk in fear, that victory was purchased for us in love and in blood! Stir up our spirits today, dear Father!
2 Timothy 1:6-7 (KJV) 6 Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
2 Corinthians 3:12-16 (KJV) 12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: 13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: 14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. 16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
Ephesians 6:19-20 (KJV) 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Thanks for sharing and causing me to meditate on how, by His stripes, I've been healed from fear, and given hope to boldly proclaim His love, His power, and His good news.
