God does not always speak loudly to grab our attention or perform miracles at the drop of a hat. I certainly wished He did! If He did that no faith would be needed at all. Jesus always showed great love towards the needy, down-trodden, the outcasts, the sick and the disabled. </p><p> </p><p></p><p>Yes human logic is often faulty. That is why we need God's wisdom, and where do we get that - looking at what the Bible says, not our feelings. </p><p> </p><p></p><p>I think you are linking the spiritual with the emotions too closely now! <em>For me it is actually knowledge, intuition and discernment that has developed since I returned to God properly.</em> If you came to God that could be the same for you as well. Look for every aspect of God's character revealed in those 31 chapters. <a href="http://www.gnpcb.org/esv/search/?q=proverbs+1" target="_blank">Proverbs 1</a> Look for the patterns of thinking that contradict the world's wisdom. Look for how much careful attention to detail there is in the advice. Look out how our Heavenly Father gives advice for the most mundane and trivial details.
