NFL National Anthem - Protesting

I've about had it with the NFL. I mean, I enjoy football and joined a fantasy league with some folks I know this year, but the NFL is quickly putting a sour taste in my mouth with all the political protesting. I'm quickly losing interest, and patience with the NFL. Just play the game and leave the politics out of it please.

I agree. It's at best inappropriate. On a side note, I noticed the NFL jersey for the Steelers' player who stood during the anthem is a top seller.

What you guys said. Sick to death of what the NFL has become, and not just about this, it's just another symptom. If it was up to me, the NFL would dissolve tomorrow - and I'd giggle with delight at hearing about these whiny jerkfaces having to get real jobs making FAR FAR less money. Many of them wouldn't be qualified to do much more than dig ditches anyway. I will never pay a penny for a game or so much as a jersey; they aren't getting ANY of my money.
