Sadly there are continuing reports of religious persecutions in our world.. From Egypt to Myanmar freedom of belief and the right to practice religion is being denied and attacked. Yesterday a new website was launched documenting the persecution of Baha'is:

GENEVA—18 January 2018—In response to growing interest on the persecution of the Bahá’ís of Iran, a website was launched today by the Bahá’í International Community providing a glimpse into several decades of discriminatory treatment against the Bahá’ís in that country. The website, named Archives of Bahá’í Persecution in Iran (iranbahaipersecution.bic.org), makes available, for the first time, thousands of official documents, reports, testimonials, and audio-visual material, revealing documentary evidence of years of relentless oppression.

Hi @Arthra , do you find that Baha'i are persecuted in the USA? (Sorry if this is off topic to the Iranian issue, I was just wondering).

Thanks for your question Jane! I apologize for my tardy response... been busy lately! Baha'is have been in the United States since the late eighteen eighties.

Personally I haven't encountered any record of religious persecution of Baha'is in the United States. Baha'is were active in civil rights movement early as well as encouraging the emancipation of women and they were involved in peace movement.
