new to the 'new' christian forums

hello everyone
i used to use this forum quite a bit when i had the internet, but i had it disconected due to the fundage, but now im back! i have been gone for about 4 or 5 months and A LOT has changed. i tried to look up info about all these new options but it didn't explain it all that well...
could someone tell me the point of having the 'armor of God' equpiment. and what do you do if you have a job? you gain blessings a week, but what do have to do for work? like make sure and evangilize once a day? it didn't explain that part.
and what good are pets? you just spend blessings on them or they die? do they do tricks? i don't get it...
and you can auction off your items? do people just randomly get items? like i say something really cool so someone gives me a rusty sword?

And welcome. I haven't been here long and not got through all the stuff but I think you can find quite a lot of answers from the FAQ in the nav bar. But if I understood rihgt the jobs are not clearly explained there either. I'm wondering, could it be so, that you just pick one job from the jobsite and then collect blessings weekly? Ok, it is also "a job" to recieve blessings, but not very hard one.

i just taunted your cat...does this mean that i can drive your cat to the point of insanity and you have to continue to spend blessings to feed it to make it happy?
i did look in the FAQ and it wasn't very helpful. just a hint of what they were.
i wonder about the same thing with jobs...can i just save up enough and just start banking in the blessings?

You taunted my cat twice and played with it once. All is known.
A PM gets sent to the person when you do something to the pet.

When you have enought blessings you can buy a job which will give you a salary every week which you must pick up.

I am in Maine - your neighbor almost.

You have 50 blessings so you can buy your own rusty sword.
You go to the "ARMOR" link on the second line of the blue bar.

Glad to have you back, good sir. As far as armor & jobs are concerned, all jobs do is give you blessings (you don't actually have to work if you have one - it's more of a "rank" than a "job"). Blessings, in turn, allow you to buy better armor, which is purely for fun.
