Threads that reach 10,000 replies will be closed, and a new thread can be started
The reason:
The reason:
The software we use has a limitation - it cannot handle large threads very well. Once a thread reaches above 10,000 replies, the software actually starts to slow down the databse. Once the thread gets larger, the database starts to lock, causing the rest of the server to slow down, and eventually crash
A new thread will be started, called "Part 2" which members can post in. When this gets to 10,000 replies, the same will happen - Part 2 will be closed, and Part 3 created. And so on. This way, the software can manage the threads.
