On July 19th i had my last drink and have began a life of teetotalism and getting back into my faith. I was raised a catholic and after a long being away from my faith i have now myself praying twice a day and will go to church when time permits. Im usually a healthy guy and work very hard but too many bad mabits like drink and smoking so i have given up and will focus on weight training. I am a new man and god bless
