Hello everybody.
To begin with, I'm not a Christian. I know this is a Christian forum, but I want to learn about some stuff I don't really understand in other sites and groups. Though I have no religion, I follow one. My theological foundation is based on Judaism (again, I'm not a Jew, nor a converter, nor a "messianic", nor a "false Jew", nor a "Noahide". I'm just a Gentile who follows the Jewish belief for personal reasons.
Now I'm here because I live in a Christian world, and most of the things I understand about Christianity are: confusing, intersting, and some times blasphemous. As I said, I want to learn from you all as much as I can. So please, try to be as respectful and patience as possible. I will try to be the same.
Now, I didn't upload a real picture of me, nor my real name. This is because my real name is taken, so I just wrote the first word I thought at that moment. About my picture, I don't feel confortable to share personal pictures with strangers. Even I they're good people. (By Strangers I mean Virtual siblings. This is, because someone, outside this group, can take my picture to laugh at me or discriminate me)
I'm from Texas. 18 years old. I love reading, writing, studying differrent languagues. I don't have political views. I'm kinda democrat in the sense of civil rights and liberal ideas, but I'm not linked to the modern democrat party, actually I'm a center. If we talk about taxes, I'm conservative.
I was grown up as a Christian who did not believe in Jesus. This is because my parents taught me to worship God, but never taught me anything about Jesus or Christian theology. They only cared to teach me about the Lord. However, we used to go to a Catholic Church some sundays. And some times to a Protestant Church.
Well, this is it. I hope we could debate happily and peacefully.
Any questions, just ask. I'm really open mind and try to be as honest as possible.
