  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey, everyone! I'm Jotham. I'm new to the forums and I'm a Christian musician. I'll start posting links to my songs as soon as I reach 50 posts. (I have a link to my Youtube channel on my profile.) But I just wanted to introduce myself and get to know some of the other musicians and music lovers!

Sure. Yeah, we started off as a Protestant band, and then we moved around, and I became Catholic and started the band back up in 2013. I just released the album for free, see what happens. (Link: drive.google.com/file/d/0B4o3Y0-RetG1bEI4b1NwNmc3ZGc/edit?usp=sharing) I'm hoping for a professional album later on in the Seattle area. Yeah, I need to network around with other musicians too. I'm slackin'.

It's different! I like it. The beginning felt like one of those in-between concert setup music. The wacky vocals fit in pretty well. Part of our C4F album is our humor, and I liked how this has a fun and sometimes humorous feel to it as well. Maybe we can open up for each other in a WA show sometime! Keep us in contact. All the best in your future album!
