New Just Saying Hello

HI,

I am new to this forum. I have been suffering with back pain for over 2 months now. a herniated disk. I volunteer at an elementary school and have had to take the end of the year off do to pain. Trying to stay hopefully and positive despite it. I have to lay down often which makes me pretty bored. But I know God is in this.

Among other physical problems I also have a herniated disc so I know that's no fun and I have oh, can't think of the other one that has to do with the spine. Also, have brain fog LOL Hope you feel better soon!

I'm sorry that you're having so much back pain. I have pain due to spinal stenosis and herniated discs in my neck, and I'm having upper back problems now, as well. Keep trying to stay positive; God works good out of every situation. I will pray for healing for you.
