My name is Karen I am Born Again and have over the years attended varying demoninations which has been good BUT have faced many challenges and in this season of my life I need to draw closer to Jesus so today, I attended a Ash Wednesday and Communion Service at my local Anglican Church which was so special and I am looking forward to worship at this Church regularly.

Which church was this? I remember going to York Minster on Ash-Wednesday in 2009 which was awesome. Bought my first book by H. U. von Bathasar too!

I am sorry for not responding sooner, I must confess I am facing a few challenges at the moment. And although my head knows the answers my head and heart are in conflict over certain issues ie lonliness etc so I would value your prayers.

Welcome! I came to the Anglican Communion relatively late in life. Like, you I had traveled other roads. And perhaps like you I dropped in just to visit. In my first experience, I found the fullness of worship I had been looking for, and I kept getting drawn back for more.

Although I choose to currrently worship at Anglican Church, I am so glad to have many friends in other fellowships, whom I am in contact with regularly

This morning I have been to a coffee morning with ladies from other churches where we were encouraged to spend time with God because doing produces faith, this was great and timely word.
