  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi,
My name is Alex I've been a Christian for quite some time. I struggle with Bipolar disorder and try to follow Christ as best I can with this disease. Not much into social media and merely signed up to this to pick peoples brains and get closer to Christ.

Hi there, Alex! Hope you like being in the group and learn much as we will from you! I just started getting back into fitness, it's been on and off in my life. Going to gym daily. Do you use exercise as an emotional release, also? It definitely helps me! Are you into natural alternatives for health? I take magnesium and ginseng to help w my lows and highs. They help by calming my mind body and spirit and getting rid of those sticky negative thoughts that cause depression and anxiety. Also, I'm sure you know, getting outside, laying on grass, or bare feet, looking at stars and beauty of creation help so much! Also, volunteering helps get me outside of myself and my problems.
I love to talk about apologetics too, so give me a holler. I'm not one every day but will get an email if you ping me. =)
