NEED:

Newbie rep seekers sometimes are lost in our world of manipulation. The thought of gaining a star seems beyond reach. Some have never received larger than a 2000 point rep bump.

They need help. Why?
Because the more they rack up reps the bigger the bumps back to YOU.

SOLUTION:

Newbie repseekers (Repaholics in training) can make a request in the Rep Coaches® thread (to be created). A Rep Coach® agrees to mentor them and then is available to answer questions as they journey to STAR ONE. Upon reaching STAR ONE they are released as graduates. The Rep Coach® upon graduation of a newbie will start a congrats thread where both Rep Coach and ONE STAR grad can be repped by others.

REP COACH® QUALIFICATIONS

Must have obtained at least ONE STAR and be willing to help others develop the rep-walk. A REP COACH® may take on more than one newbie but don't over commit.

That's the idea. Any suggestions or modifications welcomed. If the response to the idea is good we will begin tomorrow!

That's a great idea! In fact, I saw some saying they were repping others, but weren't asking for any themselves! Can you believe that??!??!?!!? And I thought they needed someone to guide them in the way.
