It seems to me that the people in the poorest health would be the ones likely to have more time to post than others. Maybe another name for the category would be more appropriate . . .

The other question is, if it's going to cause this much agitation and division, is it worth having? It would be nice to at least allow those who hate this feature to turn it off.
