Hi . . . I do not claim to interpret, but I look for how the dream might provide symbolism for a Bible message. So, let's see what we can do with this.
Why did I dream about school setting and I saw a Christian sister I know, she was standing in my way so we discussed a little which I don't remember but remember her last word ‘King’ she said.
For school setting, I think of learning. Jesus says,
"'Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.'" (Matthew 11:29)
Jesus is our King worthy to teach and rule us.
I now think of how learning to rest with Jesus can involve learning how to move at the right *speed*.
Briefly, after that, I board a school-bus going to somewhere which I think I know the direction.
Well, when we think we know where to go, we can then hurry and push and force our own way to get there.
But with Jesus it can be we do not know where He will take us, and therefore we are wise to go easy and stay submissive to Him who knows where He is taking us. And do not ride a bus with the crowd who goes on a set route and this in a fast lane.
Then, as the school-Bus was moving we got to a two-way roads and the driver took the right lane which was the wrong way and this time he was speeding and I could feel he was too fast.
Yup . . . Satan will take people the fast way . . . and the wrong way.
Then, I started to complain about his speeding but he kept telling me to chill saying he was looking for more people to take.
Greedy Satan, wanting to take more . . . the wrong way. And so it can be with fads . . . people so eager to get more and more people while rushing the wrong way!!
But he didn't see more passenger to take till we landed so fast at the exact same two-way and this time he took the left which was the right way and he was driving normally or fast I can't remember. But is like I got to my destination.
Once you were in the right direction and at the right speed . . . gentle and humble and quiet . . . submissive so we are with Jesus . . . this has us with Jesus so we are headed where He is taking us.
**And this gets us somewhere faster, than our worrying and hurrying and scurrying will ever get us anywhere.**
Even though I told the driver I would report him to the school authority I don't think I did that?
You can not negotiate with the devil. Just get away from him.
"nor give place to the devil." (Ephesians 4:27)
"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)
"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)
And this works on God's bus . . . not in isolation with our own selves and fad groups and pleasure seeking peers, but in family relating and sharing >
"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32)
What matters about our destination is who we will be with and share with at our destination!!! So, we want, then, to now be sharing with Jesus and one another brothers and sisters in Christ so we are growing in the love we hope to share for eternity, in submission to Jesus, growing and learning this now so we are ready to submit to Him later while sharing as His family.
