Ok, we will. And also you can begin to pray the prayer Christ gave us to pray each day for our aid, in Matthew 6 NIV

And wonderfully He said to us:
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

When we read His words, and learn from Him, He will give us that rest for our souls.

Praise GOD.. He found you! His joy is your strength.. Christ gave you His peace.. you put on the whole armor of your Father! Again HIS JOY is your strength. Psa 91 read it.. and KNOW its for you

I get stuck in unpleasant thoughts sometimes--I think very many people do and it's just a matter of degree--and I find a lot of comfort in The Lord's Prayer.
