Hello:
My book The Eternal Messiah: Jesus of K'Turia has just been published and is available on Amazon. It is the story of a preacher, named Jesus, who is discovered on another planet. The book explores how people in another place and time would respond to the teachings of Jesus, and how people who know of the Biblical Jesus would react. Would they believe he is really Jesus Christ? Would they think he is an impostor? Would they try to change what they think might happen?
It's not "hard" sci-fi, but it is not allegorical either. The sci-fi elements do play an important part, because we get to see how different races respond to Jesus' message. There are both real and spiritual battles going on, and the theme of "sacrifice" which is central to the teaching of Jesus of K'Turia, is especially poignant when set against the backdrop of what is happing across the galaxy.
The book is not a retelling of the New Testament, but the teachings are consistent with the Bible, and the Jesus character is treated reverently (unlike some other books!). The spiritual message has been reviewed by a number of Christian theologians.
It is appropriate for any age reader.
Many thanks to all!
