New CD - Kainos

I just picked up a CD after hearing the first 20 seconds off of a demo - "Kainos - Alive". I've played it few a few times and am really enjoying it - although, since I've been playing it at work I haven't properly digested it fully. I'll have to play it in my car, where I can absorb it better.

Anyone else familiar with these guys?

I have only heard their song Selfish Me. If you want my honest opinion, I thought her voice was terrible! She sounded like she was slurring instead of singing!
As far as their musical quality goes, they are pretty good. Maybe Selfish Me is just the "bad song" on the disc.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying. She does sing with a passion, though, and that really appeals to me. She reminds of Gwen Stefani (sp?). Some nice guitar work on this disc, too.
