Hi

I have 3 beautiful kids all under 4 years. I am happy my youngest is 10 months. My husband has depression but that is nearly all been sorted of course everynow and again he has a bad day.

Well God was really convicting me on trying to control everything that went on and I am really letting go of everything than God said well I want you to use no birthcontrol for now and see what I will do in your life. TRUST ME.

Well I am doing that and God is being faithful in that I have not got pregnant yet and to be honest I think that God is working on our lives. Yes I have been having second thoughts about taking it all back up and I know that I cant as God is going to do amazing things if I let go completly.

I dont want critizim from anyone as this is something God has impressed upon me at this time. But I would love to have some mums in particular share with me if this is something that God has impressed upon them.

IS this Quiverful I dont know I just know that at this time God is saying to do this so I am being faithful in doing that.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, leaving your fertility up to G-d is Definately the Quiverfull lifestyle. :)

G-d impressed something similar on me about 19 yrs ago. Child #3 had just died (surgical complications trying to fix a birth defect) and I was wrestling with G-d about Several things. One in particular was this Overwhelming desire to have another baby. He said to me, "What if I decide not to give you any more children?" I was devastated, but told Him that if that's what He wanted, that was ok. I had to die in that area... give it all up to Him.

He ended up giving us 6 more healthy children, and it's been a constant walk of faith for me. Lots of lessons, some harder, some easier, but never dull. :)

Sweetmummy, I am praying for you. That is wonderful that you are pregnant! You will be blessed (God's Word says so :)) and you will find lots of support on this board and others like it.

A friend of mine is pregnant with #4 (all under 5 also). She is very happy. She and her hubby have chosen to tell just their parents and no one else until it's obvious so they can enjoy their excitment without the comments as long as possible. I think we will probably do the same when we are pregnant next. Just a thought.

Again, congrats on being pregnant!

Congratulations on the pregnancy, and on the obediance!

I currently have 4 children under 5; girl is 4, boy is 3, boy is 2, girl is 5 months. It is such a hoot!

Sometimes I get to worrying about what other people think, but then I get to thinking that people with just one child should worry what I think. :D Up until just recently, it was normal to want and have lots of babies. okay, getting off the soapbox.

Glad you are here!
