My son helped save our neighbor tonight.
We heard what sounded like a smoke alarm, but it kept going for almost 10 minutes, so I thought it was maybe a radio alarm.
Then we smelled burnt food.
So we went outside, saw nothing. Knocked, he didn't answer.
Went out back, my son saw white smoke in his kitchen.
We called 911.
They came and opened the door (it was unlocked) and threw him on the lawn.
He said he was sleeping and didn't hear it!
We heard it next door!
So all is well.
Sometimes its good to stay up late.

At times we stay up late and we don't just know why. This is one of the reasons, so as to do what God has programmed for that period. I bless God for what He was able to use you and your son to do in the life of your neighbor.
Praise God.

Well, that happened at 1 a.m., and we always stay up til 2:30.
Had we not been home, no one else would've heard it in time.
Also pray for the neighbor, we know why he didn't hear the alarm.
