Need your help

Good Morning everyone, I hope everyone is having a blessed day! I am need to some help, my church is looking into beginning a Young Adult Ministry, and at the moment we are collecting ideas. I would like to ask for your help in letting me know what you all would like a Young Adult Ministry to have in it. What doesn't your ministry have that would beneifical in helping young adult.

well ill give u the run down of what we do each month, and it works quite well

1st friday we have praise and worship and a preach and our young adults cafe
2nd friday we have some kind of social night at the church or some place like the movies etc.
3rd friday same as 1st friday of the month
4th friday we breakup into our small groups and go out some place nice like a cafe etc.

Currently, we have a sunday night worship time. We are discussing many other ideas for additional time together, for instance, having a day each week where we rotate to one another's homes to help out with projects. Helping to bear one another's burden's as the bible says.

We have previously done rotating in home bible studies, as well as personal accountablity groups. Just a few ideas that I hope help.

We meet at one of the girls houses that we have and that way its throws the attention away from necessarily being at the church all the time. when we are together at a house we found that the kids open up alot more and do alot more together. so we found it best that way. granted we are a smaller church but we still also, do activities with the Youth Group which is headed by my parents. we are trying for one night a month getting together and doing a starbucks bible study or something.

We have two bible study groups on Monday and Tuesday nights and every second Saturday night we have social events like outdoor games, going to someone's house, going out for dinner, progressive dinner, basic activities like that
