Need to Trust God- Get back to basics

Sometimes when we struggle we need to go back spiritually to the basics....

 

Jesus saved us, we need to not be troubled...He will come for us again.

John 14:

I agree.&nbsp; We as humans tend to forget the basics.&nbsp; We start to analyze, theorize, rationalize, and all other kind of izes, and complicate the message to a point where it is nearly impossible to understand.

Back to the basics.&nbsp; Christ and Him crucified.&nbsp;

Amen, I thank God that He has made it simple. We need to stay rooted in His Word and not live on the bread of man.

The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

Nahum 1:7
The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

Sometimes we can't make heads or tails out of what's going on around us. Sort of like not being able to see your hand in front of your face because the fog is so thick. But if we just keep trusting in Jesus, the fog will be lifted in due time.

Praise you Lord. This was a result of reading and listening to God, it has help me this week throw down the shackles i put on myself and just trust.

The truth is always so simple.

THe Plan that God laid out is a simple plan. But we feel, (or at least I do) that it can not be so simlple. I must work harder pray harder. try harder! But all Jesus ask is for us to believe and accept him at his word.

I often have difficulties with trusting God, so thanks for the reminder.
