Need suggestions for recreation room and church signs

Hi,

My church is in Toronto. I am a member of the committee of my church. Last week, our church has decided to build a recreation room. We are planning to start the work in the upcoming month. We are in the discussion of the things to be arranged and the finances thereby. Can someone share your ideas on the arrangements of the room?Hope it becomes very helpful.

We are also conducting few conventions next year. Hopefully three conventions to be the least count. We are also planning to have some youth programs as well. But, another problem was that of the outreach of the events. The people have to be regularly reminded of these. So, as we had a discussion on this, we planned to have a sign board which will show the upcoming events as well. I know it requires more finance. But we believe god will provide at the right time. Does anyone know about the creation of a sign board and the related information which must be added to it? If so, kindly share those.

In our discussion, one of our committee member has suggested one custom church signs in which can give the details of the upcoming events too. I would like to know the suggestions on this. It will be a great help in our planning. Requesting your prayers and suggestions.
