Need Prayer

My husband died nearly 6 years ago - April 2nd. And now the unthinkable has happened. His best friend has suffered a heart attack, multiple bypass surgery, staph infection, new heart valve and resultant infection, another new heart valve and is in a coma on dialysis. Now I know how they felt when my husband was ill.

I have been praying - especially for salvation. They are really sweet people but not, to my knowledge, saved. I know that nothing is impossible with God. Can you pray with me for B's salvation, for his health and for the salvation of his family - wife and 5 kids? Also, for their comfort?

Your friend and his family will be in my prayers. It's too bad he couldn't have followed in your footsteps for salvation before this happened... Perhaps if he comes out of it...he will...

They are really sweet people but not, to my knowledge, saved.

Sometimes we are surprise, who is saved, I thought for sure my husband was not saved when he died, but he alway watched Christian TV the last few years he was alive, and he would alway agree with what they were saying. I never saw him ask Christ in to his life, if you were to asking him he would not talk to you about it, about three months after his death, God gave me a dream, and he showed me he was alive. Then I went back to the Bible for God words, Abraham believed what God said and it was counted as rightness, that is why we can not judge who is saved and who is not. Because if I was the one to say he was not saved, I would of been wrong.

No one really know what is in another's person's heart. Some people are very private about their faith.

God knows them, though. And, he will never forsake them or leave them. His angels are around your dear friend. Now is the time to trust in the Lord's wisdom.

Well, Burkie's heart infection has resolved. Unfortunately he had a stroke shortly after I made the prayer request. I believe that the infection was cleared by prayer. I believe that the effects of his stroke will be cleared by prayer also.

I love Burkie like a brother, but after my husband died and I was saved, he and his wife dropped me like a hot potato. It's a very disfunctional family. I am judging by the fruit. AND I love them very much!

So.... keep praying for 100% healing and salvation for all!
