  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I would really like to feel God's peace and joy. I have suffered from a panic disorder and acute anxiety for over 6 months and I've recently started to feel a ton better after getting help from doctors, a therapist, psychiatrist, returning to church and connecting with family a lot more.

I really want to feel safe, secure, not alone and real joy. Even though I'm doing a ton better, the times when anxiety seems to peek again I wonder if I'll ever feel real peace again.

Thank you for your prayers

I would pray that this one would come to know the specific scriptures You have for her, Lord, so well that she would sense Your powerful presence and ability to protect and care for her. Amen. Examples of scripture that can be used are Isaiah 41:10; 66:13; Philippians 4:13; Philippians 4:19; Joshua 1:9; 2 Chronicles 14:11; Psalms 23 and many, many more.

I couldn't agree more with what Greg said. I encourage you to read scriptures that speak on anxiety and resite them regularly. When the enemy tries to attack you with this, you can fight back with God's word as your weapon. Remember that he is your strength, and will always guide you to freedom. I pray for an overwhelming sense of peace in your heart. Lord remove any weight that your child has been carrying. In Jesus name, Amen. Matthew 11:28- "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

God Bless
