Need Help

I had a bad run in with a website recently (it seemed like some of the people there where of satanic views), because I am a very curious person so I search terms like "satanic, Christian, Jew", ect... Just to see views and beliefs of people on the forum, I got a negative amount of responses with threads that gave links to anti-Christ type websites. How ever I did not go there. But now I have this really weird gut feeling in me like I did somthing wrong...I dont know what this gut feeling really is. I am not going back to any of those sites but can anyone help me with these fearful feelings..

Negativity leads to nothing. And because these more faithfull people feel that way over Satanical website, its no suprise you got negative feedback, and of course you have this bad gut feeling in yourself, because advicing websites that lead souls to their doom, well that can't be a good thing right : )

Go to God with your fear. It doesn't matter what it is about, He will help you out.

You didn't say why you are afraid. Is it because you feel guilty for searching for these terms on the forums? Or is it because of the exposure to evil? Whatever it is, God can help you. If you need to ask for forgiveness from God, then do so! If you are afraid, then take comfort in God and know that Jesus has conquered the world. You do not need to fear, God is with you.

I look at websites like that too.
I would imagine quite a few people do. It's good to know what's going on with things we don't hear that much about.
I think it's quite normal to want to read those websites.

Be careful, I am not saying its bad but the bible says satan is the prince of lies and also [FONT=Arial, Geneva, Helvetica]Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour 1Peter 5:8[/FONT]. Make sure if you do continue to do that, that you saturate yourself with truth. Things are easily twisted in the human mind and even the smallest thing could lead you down the wrong path. Personally I would not keep going to them, but we all are different and know our own struggles. The thing you need to do is pray about it and if you feel like God is ok with it then goahead but take heed. If you dont feel anyway I would advise against it focus on righeousness and not the sins of others so you will be prepared and well equipted to help them when God give you a go ahead

If you feel you did something wrong-repentance is all that is required. It seems you have done this. Guilt is a tool used by the enemy to keep up enslaved. Let it go.

If you feel convicted over what you did then take it to God because that is between you and him.

As for this material you are viewing, be careful in participating on some of those topics unless your faith is very strong. Those that participate in evil can overcome weaker Christians very quickly. As far as finding out what others believe in, it is always a good thing to equip yourself with the knowledge that will allow you to have an informed discussion on issues.

It is quite possible when viewing sites such as those, to open oneself up to a negative spirit.Although often very subtle it causes seeds of doubt to be planted that can affect someone for a long time afterwards. That's been my experience anyway.

I found help through deliverance from spiritual afflictions.

Hello friend, The main advice i can give you is that you need to get more familiar with The Bible! As far as the feeling you had after going on those sites.....that is The Holy Spirit telling you to stay away from evil. The more you learn about God the less worry you will have because you will come to learn that nothing can take you from His hand. The Bible tells us that perfect love casts out fear...so the more you know about God and the closer you get to Him....your fears will dissapear. God Bless You! amen.
