Hi.

I am a believer in Christ, though I am tortured by the belief that I have committed the Unpardonable Sin. I have accidentally stated that the HS is the enemy.

Ever since I accidentally said that statement (since Monday), I just feel dread everytime because of this. I'm very afraid that I have committed this sin and may not be qualified anymore to have eternal life with God.

I don't really plan to say that, I just accidentally said it. I wish I could bring back the time, but I can't. I don't even know if God would still forgive me or if He had forgiven me, but I asked for forgiveness several times already.

What should I do?

What should I do?

Trust.....in the truth of God's word my dear friend...

"I write to you, dear children, because your sins have been forgiven on account of his name"

...and denounce the lies of the enemy that would try to convince you of God's message being otherwise (through certain, oft-isolated and out-of-context verses of scripture that may not even apply to you.....a forever holy child of God).

Blessings

No, you didn't commit the unpardonable sin. If you really had, it wouldn't be bothering you the way that it is. The unpardonable sin is to not be repentent and to not even see any need to repent. Confess it and ask God's forgiveness and He will forgive.

Hi, yes, is nothing to worry about. Rather, let that go, give it to God, share it with God, and take God at his word that it's gone.

And focus on Jesus; immerse yourself in Jesus; whether thru reading; listening to messages, etc. or music; listening; singing; you creating your own songs (spiritual songs); and just keep focused on Jesus.

Whatever you do in your life; good or bad; bring it right to Jesus; this way satan does not get a foot hold and do as possibly may be doing here; condemning you; or may be yourself condemning yourself; but either way; God never condemns us; so again, no matter what we do; bring it right to Jesus..

And peace to you friend.
