Need advice for my baking business

I have had a small baking business for a couple years already, have tried several attemps at different ideas. First being custom baking for people, it did well in Oregon but then we moved to Idaho, mainly a mormon area, where they would rather do for themselves. Ok, so then I tried a cookie online baking business, did ok when I went to some public events but nothing online.
So now I have had an offer to do gluten free baking suppling a couple healthfood stores in my area. going for that and hoping it will work. I also have now changed th cookie business to gluten free online. I am wondering if I should also try a small Ebay business? Do folks do well with Ebay? Thanks

I don't think people think of EBay when they look for specialty foods. Are there specialty food websites or forums that could give you ideas of where to find customers?
