Hello all. My husband was just accepted to nursing school and he will no longer be able to work as many hours. I'm wanting to start my own foreclosure cleaning company to help support our family while he concentrates on his studies.

I don't have a suggestion for a name, but I can tell you that when I look for something of this nature, I do not go for catchy phrases.
Something like Mack's Cleaning Service would catch my eye before Mack's no dust left behind.
Could you look through the yellow pages and see what catches your attention? That might give you a clue as to how you should proceed.

If you haven't chosen a name yet I wanted to weigh in, some of the members gave you some really good advice. I particularly like the bit about not being to catchy sounding.

Consider: Foreclosure Cleaners

It lets people know who your audience is right away, it sounds corporate and concise and if you add a snappy tagline like:

"easing the burden of transition"

That might help to better communicate your purpose when you target families who are moving in or moving out.

I had gone through the post. The name for cleaning service business is depend upon the category of the product and business. Many companies provides different kinds of cleaning services at affordable prices, Then we choose the unique name with additional features for more good result.

The bank owned houses are called REO in the trade, so maybe REO Clean?
I would visit bank property managers in person to give them your card and a pricing sheet, the personal touch is almost never a waste of time. Good Luck

So, Many agencies are available today for providing the cleaning services for house and offices in weekly or monthly. The business name is depend upon the type of the business and features of it also.

You might want to take it one step ahead. By offering small repairs , painting flooring. All of which you could stage for the banks right down to renting furniture. Staged to sell might work. But even better you could make a profit for your time and effort, and you would need fewer projects. I would try contacting the bank building property company that maintains the banks themselves, they may be able to give you a person to contact for home foreclosures.
