Natural Church Development

Has anyone here heard of the natural church development (NCD) thing?

It says that since the church is an organism if made healthy it should naturally grow, and that 100% of the churches that get above the healthy level (65) grow.

I am interested if anyone is using NCD or has heard of it, and if it is worthwhile to invest into (i would have to talk to my senior pastor more)..

yes, i studied from NCD at college. You might want to contact Christian City Church Oxford Falls and see if you can get some feedback. I don't have their telephone number but its easy to find... Are you in a church plant yourself?
