Name Your Birth Order!

I find birth order to be very interesting. It goes along with my personality psychology interest, even if it has flaws. Please, no dissing birth order analysis. And please vote in the poll. Oh, and if you are married, please share what your spouse's birth order is.

I am a middle child and single. I have one older sister and one younger brother. I have some first born tendencies, but I'm mostly a true middle.

I was raised by grandparents who lived in separate houses. I lived with grandmother, sister with aunt and brother with grandfather.

The biological father of sister and brother says I am not his child. We all three, however, have same mother.

Am I a last? I've often wondered if I am, don't really feel like a last.

I'm the oldest of 3 and I tend to have stereotypical behaviors of an eldest child, the good and the bad. I can be bossy, but I'm also VERY protective of my younger syblings and friends.

My husband is an only child...man, is he an only child. He can present some only child behaviors that annoy me, like always wanting things done his way on his time (but I think he mostly gets that from his mother ). But he does play well with others.

Biology doesn't really factor in on birth order. It's just about how you are raised. With your situation, I'm honestly not sure. I guess it would depend on how often you lived with your siblings. If you were always with at least one sibling, that would make you last still. Otherwise it could be like being raised as an only child.

I'm last and hubby is only - although he has step-siblings and I'm not sure where he falls in the pecking order with them, tbh (he has 2-3 on both sides of his family).

He acts like an only, though.

I am in the middle, perfectly so if you only include my mother's children because she had two twin boys, then me, then my younger brother. But I have three half siblings from my dad, all older than my brothers and me, so I guess that makes me second to last?

My husband is the youngest of 3. He has two older sisters.

I am very much in the middle. I have an older sister (22) and a younger brother (13) Everything about me is middlish... I'm even easily the black sheep. I'm pretty different in the way I act, dress, and think from my two other siblings.


I'm surprised there aren't very many middle children in here.
