I am currently in the process of writing three stories, all set over the end of Earth. The first is the first in the series, the second is a prologue, and the third is the finale, but I cannot seem to find a name for them. I was thinking of the series title being "The Moon Stories/Chronicles" for something not too fancy but not too simple. But I cannot think of individual story titles. Here is the summaries:
1.) Chris Tophirn is a 12 year old in the year 2025. He and his single mother are preparing for a trip to the moon. They will be the Moon Colonists, one of the first to travel to the moon to seek refuge from the Earth itself, a dying planet. This is a chronicle of their journey and new life on the Moon and then Chris realises of the dangers awaiting them in the form of the Nephilim, the monstrous beasts from the book of Genesis. Can Chris stop them before they destroy the last human beings in the Universe?
2.) This prolouge is the story of a young boy, the 15 year old Corey Montiladas, in the year 2009. His aunt, a skilled astrolonomer, had just passed away. Upon sorting out her desk Corey finds fiery and terifying visions of the End Times and plans for a possible space refuge. After hearing that his brother is being shipped off to the war in Iran can he avert a tragedy?
Keep in mind that this story is as much Corey's heartbreaking, tragic story as it is a chronicle of the last days, and Corey is a very angsty, emotional, poetic character. Also it will later be Corey Montiladas who will come to use his Aunt Margie's plans to start the moon colony.
3.) The people on Earth that remain must deal with the onslaught of the prophecies from Revelation. The rapture has already occured- it was the exodus to the Moon- and this story tells the tale of Father Mccathy, a Catholic priest in the year 2030. Will he find the truth and uncover the mystery of the Beast? And why wasn't he one of God's chosen to be raptured to the moon?
Any help would be appreciated. For the first I was going to call it "Dark Side" for dark side of the moon where the Nephilim dwell, the second I was going to call "The Prophet of Doverville" based on the aunt's predictions, and the third I was going to call "The Horsemen" for the Horsemen in revelation.
Oi, this post was alot longer than i wanted, but thanks for reading and please help me to name them.
